Information about the position

What is your job description?

• You will be responsible for technical and functional maintenance of the company products and services 

• You will receive issues and identify them, while using remote tools to troubleshoot

• Document and investigate issues and their resolution in the incident management system

• You will be responsible for providing the client/functional units with all the reporting tools necessary to monitor the operational levels

• You will be actively communicate with client, internal development teams and delivery teams

• Training of client system administrators for allowing them to properly administer the company products.

Requirements for the employee

Education Req.

• University education (Bachelor's degree)

• University education (Master's degree)


Language skills

• English - Upper intermediate (B2/C1)

• Russian - advantage


Ideally you also have

• Willing to travel occasionally to Italy or other Europe country for short time period

• Experience with Microsoft operating systems and Unix/Linux

• Experience with Oracle and SQL server database

• XML - advanced

• SQL - advanced

• Experience with JBoss, Docker, Weblogic, IIS, Tomcat - advantage
