The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in steering and advancing our Salesforce initiatives, enhancing our Energy Cloud applications, and ensuring our solutions consistently exceed client expectations.

Job description

• Spearhead and contribute to the full lifecycle of designing, developing, and deploying Salesforce Vlocity and Energy Cloud solutions

• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to translate business requirements into viable system solutions

• Develop and implement custom solutions and interfaces on the Salesforce platform

• Adhere to Salesforce best practices and leverage Vlocity platform capabilities in solution development

• Manage data migration and synchronization across platforms

• Provide consistent technical support and resolutions to user and stakeholder queries and issues

• Stay current with Salesforce and Vlocity updates, integrating new features as applicable.

• Ensure Salesforce configurations, customizations, and developments are robust, efficient, and data-integrity-focused

• Act as a technical mentor to junior team members, promoting a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Certifications in Salesforce and Vlocity are advantageous

• Minimum of 2 years of robust experience in Salesforce development and Vlocity platform implementation

• Demonstrated expertise in Energy Cloud applications and functionalities

• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce best practices, design principles, and limitations

• Proficient problem-solving skills with the ability to devise practical and innovative solutions

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies in a high-paced environment

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies

• Experience with API integrations and middleware to ensure seamless Salesforce integration with other platforms

The position is suitable for candidates with education
