Requirements
• experience with scripting Bash/Powershell/Python
• you are experienced in End-user computing (EUC)
• you are experienced in scripting - medium level (e.g.: VBScript, Python, Powershell)
• you have SQL and/or JQL knowledge
• you are experienced in gathering requirements, investigating potential solutions, advanced troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis
• you have knowledge of basic cloud (AWS, Azure) models and services, an understanding of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS, and DevOps principles (CICD)
• experience in setting up and supporting Azure DevOps projects is an advantage
