We are looking for an Agentic Developer | ML Specialist for a full-time hybrid role based in Bratislava (with flexible home office). You will design, develop and deploy machine learning and agentic solutions tailored to client needs, integrating AI into existing systems and automating key business processes.

Job description

• Design, develop and deploy machine learning models and AI agents based on client requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing applications and workflows.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering and ensure high data quality for training and inference.
• Build and maintain automations using agentic approaches and modern AI tools.
• Test, evaluate and optimize ML algorithms and agent behavior for stability, accuracy and performance.
• Monitor solutions in production and help troubleshoot technical issues.
• Stay up to date with current AI/ML and agentic technologies and propose improvements and new use cases.
• Communicate with technical and business stakeholders, explain AI solutions in a clear and practical way.

Requirements

• Experience with agentic programming and/or AI agents development (ideally using Microsoft technologies or OpenAI ecosystem).
• Solid understanding of machine learning techniques, models and frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong programming skills in Python (R is a plus) and experience with common AI/ML libraries.
• Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering and maintaining data quality.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud) and deployment of ML solutions.
• Knowledge of algorithm optimization and fine-tuning ML models for better performance.
• Experience with CRM-based AI solutions and consulting clients is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, innovative mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The position is suitable for candidates with education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Language skills

English: very good working proficiency (B2+), used for daily communication with clients and internal team.

Slovak or Czech: advantage but not mandatory.

Number of years of experience

3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning / AI development.

Experience with agentic/agents-based solutions or LLM-based systems is a strong plus.
