We are looking for an MS Dynamics 365 Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience to extend our team and take ownership of building, customizing, and scaling solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a strong focus on the Dynamics 365 Sales module.

Job description

• Development, customization and configuration of MS Dynamics 365 solutions
• Creation and modification of business processes, workflows and Power Automate flows
• API development and integration with external systems using REST or custom connectors
• Environment setup and management across sandbox and production, including deployment and release management
• Integration of Dynamics 365 with ERP, DWH and external applications
• Analysis of business requirements and preparation of technical solution designs
• Preparation of technical documentation and participation in testing and deployment activities
• Collaboration with consultants, analysts and business stakeholders to improve the solution

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an MS Dynamics 365 Developer
• Strong hands-on experience with the Dynamics 365 Sales module
• Experience with additional CRM modules such as Customer Service, Marketing or Field Service is a plus
• Practical experience with Power Automate and building workflows
• Experience with API development and system integrations using REST/JSON
• Experience with environment setup, solution management and release processes
• Knowledge of customizing tables/entities, forms, views, business rules and the security model
• Nice to have: Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications, Experience with Power Apps, JavaScript, C#/.NET, plugins or Azure Functions, knowledge of SQL, Dataverse internals or Azure services such as Logic Apps or APIM
• Ability to work independently, propose solutions and communicate with stakeholders
