We are looking for a Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to join a long‑term engagement focused on Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR. The role is centered on functional support, system maintenance, and continuous improvement within a complex HR environment. The consultant will help ensure stable HR operations, support system upgrades, and drive ongoing enhancements in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
Job description
- Provide functional consulting and support for Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather and implement requirements
- Support and maintain Core HR processes within Oracle Cloud HCM
- Handle incident resolution, issue tracking, and related documentation
- Perform regular maintenance and audits of HR structures (organizations, positions, jobs)
- Configure and manage security settings, including roles, policies, and security profiles
- Ensure adherence to naming conventions and Oracle HCM best practices
- Configure and maintain custom fields and system extensions
- Implement new functionalities, data structures, and system integrations
- Support customizations such as look & feel, reports, and dashboards
- Work with Oracle Data Loader and Fast Formulas
- Support system upgrades through readiness checks and impact analysis
- Advise on new Oracle Cloud HCM features and enhancements
- Ensure continuous availability and stability of the HR system

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in implementation and support of Oracle HCM applications
- Proven experience with multiple Oracle Cloud HCM implementations as a Core HR functional lead
- Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and related modules
- In‑depth knowledge of enterprise structures and Core HR foundational configuration
- Experience with self‑service transactions, approval workflows, and notifications
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM security, roles, and security profiles
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Team‑oriented mindset with focus on best practices and structured delivery
The position is suitable for candidates with education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Language skills
English: very good working proficiency
Number of years of experience
10+ years of hands-on experience
