We are looking for a Senior D365 CE Lead Engineer to take technical ownership of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions in a complex digital ecosystem. The role includes technical leadership across multiple CE applications, hands-on design and development, integration work, engineering quality, and support for future asset-management-related initiatives.



Job description


  • Act as technical lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE applications across multiple business domains.
  • Lead the technical implementation of future asset-management-related capabilities.
  • Design and develop scalable solutions using C# plugins, workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate, and custom APIs.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using APIs and Azure services.
  • Ensure strong standards in code quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Contribute to technical architecture decisions and promote development best practices.
  • Perform code reviews, support other developers, and drive continuous improvement within the team.
  • Collaborate closely with product, functional, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into workable technical solutions.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Support the setup and further evolution of CI/CD pipelines and engineering processes.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE development, with ownership of end-to-end implementations.
  • Strong delivery background in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
  • Hands-on experience integrating D365 CE with D365 F&O for customer and asset-related data.
  • Strong skills in C# / .NET plugin development.
  • Experience with custom workflows, business rules, Power Automate, Model-Driven Apps, JavaScript, Dataverse, and Canvas Apps.
  • Experience with REST APIs, Azure Functions and/or Logic Apps, and Microsoft cloud architecture.
  • Good engineering background in Git / Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, technical documentation, and unit / integration testing.
  • Strong technical leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical decisions clearly to product and business stakeholders.
  • Pragmatic, structured, and ownership-driven mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Connected Field Service or IoT scenarios.
  • Asset management knowledge.
  • Exposure to EV mobility environments.
