We are looking for a Senior Agile Coach to support business and leadership stakeholders in a complex, multi-team Agile delivery environment. This role is focused on improving planning maturity, business–IT collaboration, and decision-making across multiple teams and planning horizons. It is not a Scrum Master role and does not focus on team-level ceremonies or delivery uplift.
Job description
- Train business stakeholders on how Agile delivery works in scaled, multi-team environments.
- Explain the interaction between strategic roadmaps, program-level planning, and incremental delivery cycles.
- Build shared understanding of what can be forecast versus committed, and how mid-cycle priority changes affect delivery.
- Improve stakeholder understanding of capacity, sequencing, dependencies, and cross-team trade-offs.
- Support more effective prioritization and planning decisions aligned with broader program constraints.
- Define and socialize clear expectations between business and IT across the end-to-end delivery lifecycle.
- Coach stakeholders on how and when to engage with IT to support stable planning and predictable outcomes.
- Address behaviours that create delivery volatility, such as unmanaged dependencies or late scope changes, through education and coaching.
- Support senior leaders in making informed scope, timing, and escalation decisions within agreed planning cadences.
- Facilitate alignment and planning sessions to improve coordination and reset expectations where needed.
- Create lightweight training materials, guidance, and planning playbooks tailored to the client’s scaling context.
- Enable internal leaders to continue reinforcing Agile planning practices without long-term external dependency.

Requirements
- Proven experience coaching business and leadership stakeholders in Agile environments operating at scale.
- Strong track record working with multiple Agile teams, Agile Release Trains, or similar scaled delivery models.
- Hands-on experience with roadmap planning, increment-level planning, and dependency / capacity alignment across teams.
- Ability to translate Agile and planning concepts into clear, practical guidance for non-technical audiences.
- Experience in complex, multi-team, multi-stakeholder organizations.
- Confidence engaging with senior leaders and challenging assumptions constructively.
- Pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset.
- Strong influence, communication, and trust-building skills
The position is suitable for candidates with education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

English: very good working proficiency
