We are looking for a Senior D365 CE Developer / CRM Technical Lead to support the development and evolution of a large-scale CRM landscape in the e-mobility domain. The role focuses on hands-on development, system design, and integration within Microsoft Dynamics 365, with strong involvement in Power Platform and cloud-based solutions. You will collaborate closely with solution architects, business analysts, and development teams while working independently on complex technical deliveries.

Job description

• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions based on defined architecture and user requirements.
• Design and implement data models, entities, and CRM structures to support end-to-end business processes (sales, service, operations).
• Deliver custom development using C#, .NET, plugins, and JavaScript.
• Implement and configure standard Dynamics 365 functionalities (e.g. case management, project operations).
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, portals, mobile solutions).
• Ensure seamless integration with surrounding systems and external applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts on selecting appropriate technical solutions (custom development vs. configuration vs. low-code).
• Contribute to the implementation of the target IT architecture with an end-to-end system perspective.
• Ensure compliance with defined technical standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Work independently within defined project scope, deliverables, and interfaces.

Requirements

• German: very good working proficiency
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development.
• Proven experience with:
• C# / .NET development
• plugins and custom workflows
• JavaScript (form scripting)
• Solid knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Project Operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience with system integrations (APIs, connectors, external systems).
• Good understanding of Microsoft Azure ecosystem (e.g. Logic Apps, custom connectors).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM solutions in e-mobility or energy-related domains.
• Experience with solution architecture design.
• Knowledge of advanced Power Platform capabilities (e.g. Virtual Agents).
