We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Developer with strong hands-on experience across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP platform. The role focuses on development, customisation, integration, and technical implementation of ERP solutions, with a strong focus on X++ development and Azure-based integrations. The ideal candidate should have broad technical knowledge of the Dynamics ERP platform and practical experience in at least one relevant functional area, preferably Finance, Procurement, or Asset Management. You will work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, solution architects, and other technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Develop and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions.
• Develop custom functionality and system extensions using X++.
• Support ERP implementation and rollout projects.
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and implement system integrations using Azure services, APIs, and external systems.
• Support data migration and technical implementation activities.
• Analyse and resolve technical issues.
• Perform debugging and troubleshooting.
• Support testing and technical validation.
• Participate in deployment and release activities.
• Cooperate with functional consultants and solution architects.
• Work with ERP processes, particularly in areas such as Finance, Procurement, or Asset Management.
• Follow development standards and best practices.
• Support performance optimisation and system stability.
• Document technical solutions and development changes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP / D365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong development experience with X++.
• Experience with Azure-based integrations, APIs, and external systems.
• Proven experience with ERP implementation or rollout projects.
• Experience with custom development and system extensions.
• Good understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP platform and architecture.
• Practical experience in at least one of the following functional areas: Finance, Procurement, or Asset Management.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with APIs and integration patterns.
• Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Experience with testing, deployment, and release activities.
• Experience working with functional and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong communication skills in English.
